This is a commemorative tea tin for the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. 
The tin commemorates their wedding on Wednesday, July 29, 1981, at St. Paul's Cathedral in London. 
It was produced by the London Tea & Produce Co. Ltd. 
The tin originally contained 250g of tea.  (It Has No Tea Inside)
It is now a collectible item for royal family enthusiasts.
