This is 'The Houses of Parliament' porcelain decorator plate made by Royal Doulton of England. It features a scene with the Houses of Parliament (officially 'The Palace of Westminster') on the Thames River. It is excellent condition measuring 10 1/2" in diameter and rings like a bell when tapped.
